Ian Watt has been internationally recognized as one of the leaders in real estate marketing since 2005. Teaming up with Adrienne Westfall (a San Jose local and the Finn Real Estate Group president), Ian and Adrienne have thorough knowledge of San Jose del Cabo as well as the newly developing communities of the East Cape.

Adrienne brings comprehensive expertise across a wide range of disciplines. Her experience spans sales, closings, loan processing, operations, sales management, start-ups, investment properties, development sales, HOA management, property management, and rental management. Adrienne has worn many hats throughout her career and is now the proud owner of her own brokerage, FINN Real Estate.

Adrienne has worked alongside nearly every prominent real estate broker and agent in Los Cabos and has had the privilege of learning from some of the most accomplished professionals in the business. With a track record of participating in well over 2,000 transactions, Adrienne’s hands-on experience has given her a depth of knowledge that few can match.
